BIG News!

Big things have been happening around the Diaz household lately.... Lucas has learned how to swim using water wings! He still prefers to be free as a bird, as he thinks he knows how to swim. He tries so hard and has no fear, but that head of his is still a bit heavy to come up for air... next summer big guy, next summer. 

Lucas wanted to announce the other exciting news that has been buzzing around our house....

He's saying, "YAHOO!!" That's right... come March 2013 Lucas will have a little brother or sister to share the spotlight with! We are very excited for the new addition to our family. We found out we were expecting the day after Lucas turned two. Matt told Lucas right away that there was a baby in mommy's tummy, and ever since he has been talking to the baby. I asked him what we should name the baby, and he looked at me, paused and said, "It's name is Coyotes!" No idea where that came from... but for now baby's nickname is Coyotes. Not just Coyote, but plural with an S. 

Not fretting over here though... we have already have two ultrasounds and the doctor has assured us there is just one bambino in there.
