Halloween

This year for Halloween the boys chose to be Minions. The both love the Minion movies and Lucas often speaks "Minion" or as Matt and I call it, gibberish. My friend's very talented mom, Val, knitted the boys Minion hats to wear. Lucas thinks it is just hilarious. I don't know how many years I have left of having some say in their costumes, but I hope it's many to come.

We had dinner with our friends and neighbors, the Paranick's, and then all headed out for some trick-or-treating. Trick-or-treating was a hit with both boys. Caleb was very apprehensive at first, but once he realized he got candy he was all in. He lasted about two full blocks before he hoped in the stroller and fell asleep.

I carved the first two pumpkins and Matt carved the last one... if there was a contest, I'm just saying! ;)

Happy Halloween!!!

Bishop's Pumpkin Farm

We took our annual trip to Bishop's Pumpkin Farm, and this year we were lucky to have Auntie Teaghan, Mackenzie, Lucy, Noni, and Pupe come with us. We had fun showing them one of our favorite places to visit before Halloween. The kids fed the goats, went on many slides, took the train ride, rode the carousel, Matt & Kenzie zip-lined, and we all picked out pumpkins.

Such a fun day with family!

Family Photos

It has been a couple years since we had family pictures done, and we really needed update. I asked my amazingly talented friend, Rachelle,  who happens to be a photographer, if she would take our pictures. I was thrilled when she said yes, and my expectations were beyond exceeded. She captured my family in the best way possible. I am 20 weeks pregnant in these pictures, and am so happy that we have these to document my growing bump. To say I love these photos is an understatement.
