Stinson Beach

Every July we head to Stinson Beach with my whole family. It is a trip we have gone on since I was born, and something we all look forward to. The days are spend playing in the sand, exploring, eating ice cream, playing with cousins, chatting, card games, and sometimes not doing much of anything. The kids have the best time, and I sure enjoy watching them love a place that I too love.

Tahoe: 4th of July

We headed to Tahoe this year to celebrate my mother-in-law's 60th birthday and the 4th of July. As always the mountains were a nice break from the heat, and we even got a couple good rain storms. We got up there on Lucas's birthday so we had a celebrations of pizza and cookies for him. He still doesn't like cake, and therefore requests a larger M&M cookie with candles instead. I still can't believe he is 5!

We enjoyed the gondola ride and a little hike with the kids. The kids also spent the weekend swimming, playing mini golf, roller skating, and Lucas did the trampoline bungee for the first time. It was a great weekend with lots of fun celebrations!
