A couple of weeks ago we headed up to Tahoe for a relaxing couple of days with Matt's dad and stepmom. Lucas was so excited to see Grammy and Grandpa Dude. The weather was perfect and we spent a lot of time outside. We took the gondola up the mountain, which Lucas thought was just the neatest thing.

The view from half way up. Where we were it was pretty clear, but you can still see the smoke in the distance from the Rim fire. Just a day earlier there was so much smoke in Tahoe, you couldn't really go outside. Thankfully the wind had shifted and it cleared up by the time we got there.
Lucas was pointing at the gondola, he was ready to go back on.
The next day we head down to the lake. It was a bit chilly, but Lucas didn't mind, he loved playing in the water and sand.
